In the early hours this morning, two large trucks arrived at the Cathedral: one with long lengths of structural steel and the other with a crane to lift the steel into place. The trucks are, by necessity, very long and require plenty of room to manoeuvre. They enter the site through the Brighton Road entrance. Small areas of the carpark are cordoned off to allow the trucks turning room. There will be a number of trucks entering and exiting over the next few weeks so please, if you are parking at the Cathedral, avoid the cordoned off areas.
